Buying a Short Line Glass shower

We make it easy to get you your beautiful new shower. Here's how:

Step 1: Call 440-522-3558

The first step is easy, call us! We will gather some basic information and set up a time to meet to determine the best solution for you.

Step 2: Consultation and measurement

Our designer, Steve, will meet you on-site to talk through the options that suit you, your style and your bathroom. If the tile-work is complete we can take a precise laser measurement to ensure the best fit. If work is still in progress we can take rough measurements for quoting purposes and will come back out at a later date to take final measurements. At this initial meeting Steve is happy to share portfolio images and answer any questions that you might have about the product, design or process.

Step 3: Quote

After meeting with you in person, we will put together a quote for your project. Our prices reflect the quality of our material, customer service and time. Whatever the budget, we have a solution to meet your needs.

Step 4: Order

Congratulations, you’ve made a great choice! We will order your shower enclosure, and send an invoice. You will pay 50% up front and 50% after install. It typically takes 2 weeks for the glass to arrive for installation. We will remain in communication via phone or email with tentative delivery dates and the quickest installation possible.

Step 5: Installation

Once the glass arrives we’ll come out to install it. Installation is typically a short process, taking less than a day to complete. Our professional installation team will be respectful and courteous, not only doing a seamless install, but also cleaning up after themselves before they leave.

Step 6: Follow-up & Review

All shower installations come with free adjustments. As your house changes with the seasons and new construction of your shower enclosure settles you may notice minor adjustments need to be made. If you're noticing any misalignment or rubbing please give us a call and we'll come take a look. Most adjustments take mere minutes to fix.

We'd love to hear about your experience with Short Line Glass. Please leave us a comment to share your experience with us and other potential customers.

Thank you!
